Support for your total well-being

Lyra, our Mental Health Hub

Our new mental health hub, powered by Lyra, provides a robust mental health care program to support you and your family. Receive personalized care options, book real-time appointments, learn and practice new life skills, and track and measure progress. (The Mental Health Hub replaces the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).) Lyra can help manage work life issues, with experts available to resolve emergencies, guide you through challenges and help you stay on top of your busy life. Support and guidance is also available for managers who may be concerned about a team member's wellbeing.

You choose the best way to get care – in-person, live video, live messaging or self-led. When you’d like an appointment, you can schedule one online quickly and easily and you’ll usually get an appointment within 24 – 48 hours.

You, your spouse or domestic partner and your dependent children under 26 each can access up to 16 visits during the year. If care is needed beyond 16 visits, and you are enrolled in one of our Anthem medical plans, you can continue care under the medical plan. Learn more about Lyra Health:
